Your Privacy
Pup Scoop by Treats4mates respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you order a scoop box and how we use and protect it.
When you place an order we collect your name, email address, and the details you provide about your dog (name, size, age, and any allergy notes). Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
We use your information to curate and fulfil your order, contact you about your scoop box, and occasionally let you know about new products or offers. We never sell your personal information to anyone.
You can ask us to update or delete your details at any time by emailing admin@treats4mates.com.au. We retain order records only as long as needed to provide our service and meet our legal obligations.
