By placing an order with Pup Scoop by Treats4mates, you agree to these terms. They keep things clear and fair for you and your pup.
Each scoop box is curated as a surprise based on the dog details you provide. While we can't guarantee specific products, every item is chosen to suit your dog's size, age, and any allergies you've noted.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars and are charged at checkout via Stripe. All payments are final once your box is being curated; if something's not right, contact us at admin@treats4mates.com.au and we'll make it right.
You know your dog best. Please review each product before giving it to your pup and reach out if an item isn't suitable. We do our best to match products to your dog's profile but accept no liability for how individual pets react.
